Vinayaka Mission's Kirupananda Variyar Arts and Science College
Vinayaka Mission’s Kirupananda Variyar Arts and Science College (VMKVASC), established in 1995 in Salem, Tamil Nadu, is a constituent college of Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation Deemed to be University. Initially affiliated with the University of Madras and later with Periyar University in 1997, the institution became part of Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation in 2004. VMKVASC offers a diverse range of programs, including 16 undergraduate courses, 7 postgraduate courses, and Ph.D. programs in Chemistry, Computer Science, and Physics. The college holds ISO 21001:2018 certification and has been recognized as a top-performing nodal center for Virtual Labs. Committed to serving the rural community, VMKVASC has established a Rural Entrepreneurship Development Cell to provide technical knowledge and support for local enterprises.
